About Me
Who am I? My name is Nathan Huppatz.
I was born in ‘76, have a BA of I.T., and with a few business partners I run 2 online businesses.
The first is Web Publications Pty Ltd, an online publishing business, managing (among other sites):
- autospeed.com - A performance car magazine
- autoweb.com.au - One of Australia’s leading new and used car information and classifieds sites.
- siliconchip.com.au - Online version of Silicon Chip hobby electronics magazine
- V8X.com.au - Online version of V8X magazine (devoted to Australian V8 Supercars)
- investornetwork.com.au - Classififieds site targeted at new investment property
The second business is Directshop Pty Ltd. We own a few different brands of products that we manufacture and distribute in Australia, websites here :
- Tacklemania - Fishing tackle
- Marquez - Musical instruments and acessories
As you can see, I have enough to keep me busy at the moment!
I have worked ‘online’ for many years, and have experience in content publications, CMS systems, SEO and other marketing (PPC, CPA etc), I dabble in some graphic design for our sites, every now and again.
I have worked on/in/using the internet for many years now and all of my income is derived from my online businesses.
I will post on this blog about my businesses and other interests. I hope some people may learn something, others may be interested in what I do and maybe I can share a little bit of experience. Who knows?
