Just Reached 10,000 eBay Feedbacks (Again!)

Just a quick one. I congratulated the staff this morning because we just reached 10,000 feedbacks on our Tacklemania eBay account. The first account we reached this goal on is Direct Shop Auctions (and we don’t use this one much anymore - but it will have more use soon…)

We have started to increase our product volume in the last few months, and the coming 3-6 months will see us continue to grow as we improve our stock holding and increase our range a little.

Our feedback rating currently stands at 99.8% (which is down from our previous 99.9%) but still a pretty good achievement I think, given we ship hundreds of orders per day (yesterday we shipped nearly 500 items out).

But this got me thinking about eBay feedback. I haven’t really waded in to the feedback debate (now that Feedback 2.0 is live).

Looking at our account though, any customer should be happy. Nearly 4000 feedbacks in the last month, about 2,500 Feedback 2.0 ratings in the last month and we are nearly 5 stars in everything.

But I really dislike this system. Why? Stay tuned, I will write a post about it.

Until then, onwards and upwards to 20,000 feedbacks!
