2007 Bathurst 1000 results were great.
I love car racing. If I could do anything else in the world, as a job or hobby, it would be racing cars.
Luckily enough I have had the opportunity to do a few events, (here was one of my favouites), but all this does is spur me on to get in the car more often! I haven’t done anything like the Bathurst 1000 of course, but just getting into a car to compete in an event gets my adrenalin going like you wouldn’t believe.
Anyway, I have had the pleasure of meeting guys like Craig Lowndes, Steve Owen, and others in the past and most of them are pretty down to earth and friendly. Some aren’t of course, but thats life.
But the 3 teams who won Bathurst this year are all genuinely nice people, and deserved winners.
And what a great finish. safety car, rain, and some great driving over the last 10 laps. Awesome!
