Increase your online store conversion rate!

How do you increase your store conversion rate?

It is time I found out. I have been busy making some changes to get more customers to my retail store (see this article on eBay customer acquisition) and now I need to convert them to buy direct.

I have recently been looking at my main online store and its conversion rate to sale. I want to increase the current conversion rate because I know we haven’t done anywhere nearly enough work on calls to action and site design to get a more positive outcome.

In looking around for some research I found the following links which I think are worth a good read, for anyone that is running a site.

I will also write a series of articles about the efforts I am taking to make my store convert better, and document the changes and results to my readers. I think it would make for a good case study in increasing conversion rates.

In the meantime, some good links to follow:

This set of links above is what I have used as the basis for improving my site’s conversion rate.
